Adults

We work with adult men and women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not like themselves anymore. Maybe you’re noticing constant worry, racing thoughts, trouble sleeping, low energy, mood swings, difficulty focusing, or a heavy sense of sadness or emptiness. You might find yourself snapping at people you love, feeling burned out, withdrawing from friends, or feeling anxious in everyday situations. In our sessions, we move at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you right now. We provide a calm, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about your stress, relationships, work, grief, or past experiences. Together we’ll sort through what’s going on, learn practical tools to manage your emotions and thoughts, and begin to rebuild a sense of hope, confidence, and peace in your daily life. You don’t have to carry everything alone—therapy is a place where you can exhale, feel understood, and start to feel like yourself again.

Kids

We work with kids who are having big feelings and big behaviors that are hard for them (and you) to manage—especially children with ADHD, autism spectrum differences, self-harm, anxiety, OCD, or ODD. You might see meltdowns over “small” things, trouble with changes in routine, constant arguing or power struggles, lots of worry or repetitive behaviors, trouble sitting still or focusing, or difficulty making and keeping friends. In therapy, we use sensory play, art, games, and movement so your child doesn’t feel like they’re being “talked at,” but instead gets to express themselves in the ways that feel most natural and safe. We might use fidgets, sand, drawing, painting, or storytelling to help them process feelings, practice calming skills, and build tools for handling frustration, anxiety, and transitions. We also work closely with you as the parent so you feel supported and have practical strategies for home and school. Our goal is to help your child feel understood, more in control of their body and emotions, and to help your whole family experience more peace and connection day to day.

Marriage and Family

We work with couples and families who feel like something in their home or relationship has shifted and they’re not sure how to fix it. You might be arguing more often, feeling like roommates instead of partners, walking on eggshells, or avoiding certain topics because they always turn into a fight. You may notice distance, resentment, loneliness, or feeling unheard—even when you’re in the same room. In families, this can look like kids acting out, tension at home, constant power struggles, or everyone feeling stressed and overwhelmed. In marriage and family therapy, I provide a calm, neutral space where each person can feel safe, respected, and truly listened to. Together, we slow things down, uncover what’s really happening underneath the conflict, and learn new ways to communicate, reconnect, and support each other. My goal is to help your home feel more peaceful, your connection feel stronger, and your relationships feel like a place of comfort again—not just something you’re trying to “get through.”

Teens

We work with teens who are trying to navigate a lot at once—school, friendships, social media, family expectations, and figuring out who they are. Many teens we see are dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, mood swings, feeling left out, online drama, bullying, or the pressure to “keep up” on social media. Some are working through breakups, friendship issues, or trauma they don’t know how to talk about. In therapy, we offer a relaxed, judgment-free space where teens can be honest about what they’re really thinking and feeling without worrying about saying the “right” thing. We talk about social media, relationships, school stress, and whatever else is on their mind, and we build practical tools for coping with anxiety, setting boundaries, managing emotions, and making healthier choices. We also partner with parents in a supportive way, while still protecting a teen’s privacy and sense of independence. The goal is for your teen to feel heard, stronger inside, and more equipped to handle the challenges they’re facing right now.
